counter intuitive

Had you ever experienced a concept that was so helpful yet seemed very strange in theory? I have. Recently I have been worrying about a lot of things. In fact, I can hardly think of something I haven't worried about--yes it has been that bad!

So I got some help from a counselor. Can you guess what she told me to do--with the concept of counter intuitiveness in mind? Yes that's right, make a list of all the things I worry about every day. Just when I was trying to forget all my worries my counselor tells me to write them down--go figure--as mathematicians say.

Well guess what, it seems to be working. I think I am less anxious and less worried about things than before I started writing all my worries down.

There is one little problem that has cropped up however--I may need to go to the store and get some more paper--I sure hope there isn't a paper shortage?

Well, I better go--I need to write something down now--before I go to the store!
Peace
